Sunset Cove 28S | Steps to Sunset Beach, Pool & Waterfront Dock

Wake up just steps from the sand at Sunset Cove 28S, a charming second-floor, one-bedroom vacation condo in Treasure Island, Florida. Located in the laid-back Sunset Beach neighborhood, this coastal getaway puts the beautiful Gulf of Mexico directly across the street while offering waterfront amenities along Blind Pass at the back of the community.

Perfect for couples, small families, or a relaxing Florida beach getaway, the condo accommodates up to 4 guests. The bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, while the living room includes a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space. One of the best features of Sunset Cove is its location. Simply walk across the street and follow the beach access to the soft white sand and warm Gulf waters of Sunset Beach. Back at the community, enjoy the outdoor swimming pool (not heated), spacious sun deck, and tiki-shaded seating. On the Intracoastal side of the property, you'll find a waterfront dock, picnic tables, and an outdoor grilling area — a great place to relax by the water after a day in the sun. The condo also includes an assigned parking space.

Sunset Cove's location makes it easy to experience everything Treasure Island and the surrounding beaches have to offer. Local restaurants, beach bars, shopping, entertainment, and water activities are nearby, while John's Pass Village & Boardwalk and St. Pete Beach are just a short drive away.
